Priority Personnel is hiring a Customer Service Manager for a company located in McQueeney, TX.
Pay rate: $20-22/hour
Work schedule: Mon-Fri/9am-5pm
Job Duties:
- Maintain employee/associate files in compliance with internal policies regarding the protection of personally identifiable information.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for seasonal positions.
- Communicate with staffing agency regarding applicants, scheduling, turn-over and releasing associates for inappropriate behavior and/or inadequate performance.
- Provide new employee/associate orientation and onboarding to foster positive attitudes toward organizational objectives as needed.
- Execute procedural training for CSR Team.
- Monitor phone calls in the queue to ensure optimum levels of customer service.
- Coordinate with HR Manager regarding disciplinary actions and/or necessary reprimands of CS Team members.
- Guide, Direct, Monitor, and Motivate Team members.
- Assign duties to CSR team and monitor performance levels consistently.
Off Season Duties include the following:
- Perform administrative Vendor Maintenance for Vendor files.
- Assume e-Filing and Tin Matching responsibilities during off season.
- Work in conjunction with top management team concerning work/operational issues and other activities.
- Assist in the development of long-term goals that enhance business and personal growth.
- Carry out evaluation of company’s present operational goals and suggest ways of improving important areas.
- Maintain and organize company’s facilities, which includes annual inspections as well as recommending potential updates/upgrades.
Technical Skills Required:
- ffective use of all Company Programs, Internal Databases, as well as MS Office Products, IRS FIRE site, E-Services Technical Skills, Chat, and Email.
