Priority Personnel is hiring a Customer Service Manager for a company located in McQueeney, TX. 

Pay rate: $20-22/hour

Work schedule: Mon-Fri/9am-5pm

Job Duties:

  • Maintain employee/associate files in compliance with internal policies regarding the protection of personally identifiable information.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for seasonal positions.
  • Communicate with staffing agency regarding applicants, scheduling, turn-over and releasing associates for inappropriate behavior and/or inadequate performance.
  • Provide new employee/associate orientation and onboarding to foster positive attitudes toward organizational objectives as needed.
  • Execute procedural training for CSR Team.
  • Monitor phone calls in the queue to ensure optimum levels of customer service.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager regarding disciplinary actions and/or necessary reprimands of CS Team members.
  • Guide, Direct, Monitor, and Motivate Team members.
  • Assign duties to CSR team and monitor performance levels consistently.

Off Season Duties include the following:

  • Perform administrative Vendor Maintenance for Vendor files.
  • Assume e-Filing and Tin Matching responsibilities during off season.
  • Work in conjunction with top management team concerning work/operational issues and other activities.
  • Assist in the development of long-term goals that enhance business and personal growth.
  • Carry out evaluation of company’s present operational goals and suggest ways of improving important areas.
  • Maintain and organize company’s facilities, which includes annual inspections as well as recommending potential updates/upgrades.

Technical Skills Required:

  • ffective use of all Company Programs, Internal Databases, as well as MS Office Products, IRS FIRE site, E-Services Technical Skills, Chat, and Email.
