Priority Personnel is hiring a Temporary Admin Assistant for a department at Texas State University.  Assignment is expected to last till Dec 20th. 

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm

Pay rate: $14.49/hour

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for answering the administrative telephone line as well as processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assists in managing the routine operations of the department, organizes and prioritizes work, coordinates maintenance requests, composes and proofreads various types of correspondence and forms, and assists with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Maintains files, serves as a backup for the customer service telephone line, orders office supplies, maintains calendars, organizes meetings, and events, and prepares travel requests and reimbursements.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Attention to Detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Service Experience
