Priority Personnel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a company located in San Antonio, TX. Position is temp for about 6 months but could be longer.
Pay rate: $20-25/hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/40 hour work week, two pre-determined remote days
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for interview scheduling and processing candidates through all MPC and Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment contingencies by working directly with applicants, hiring organizations, Talent Acquisition (TA) team members, and search firms to ensure on-boarding of candidates.
- Serves as subject matter expert (SME) for interview scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, pre-employment processes, hiring standards, and compliance regulations.
- Partners with vendors, internal stakeholders, and candidates to drive consistent enterprise-wide hiring standards.
- Champions and enforces TA’s pre-employment processes to include candidate communications, standardized electronic correspondence, job postings, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheet trackers, vendor processes, service level agreements, and training tools.
- Provides a wide variety of administrative, clerical, and technical support to the centralized TA organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Zero (0) to Two (2) years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or with interview scheduling, pre-employment, HR compliance or DOT compliance related tasks required.
