Priority Personnel is hiring an Inventory and Purchasing Manager/Sales Process Admin for a company located in Wimberley, TX to join their team! Position is Direct Hire with the company! 

Salary: $50-60k

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm

Job Duties: 

  • Set up new item codes and make changes to existing inventory codes
  • Create/Maintain new Bill-of-Materials
  • Creat adjustments to Inventory levels
  • Receiving physical inventory into stock and update NetSuite files
  • Maintain computer intergrity of all inventory items, cost and quanities
  • Create and manage purchase orders consistent with established goals
  • Respond to customer orders and providing quotes and shipping estimates
  • Creating shipping documents and invoices
  • Processing credit memos and journal entries 
  • Taking credit card payments/applying payments 
  • Assist with other duties as needed


  • 3 years experience in Inventory/Purchasing
  • Knowledge of Excel and NetSuite
