Priority Personnel is hiring Office Assistants for a manufacturing company located in Lockhart, TX.

Pay rate: 
(2) $16-17/hour
(1) $15.50-16.00/hour

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm

Job Duties:

  • Tracking, recording, and reporting of all transactions related to coil usage.
  • Assist with payroll functions and coordination with corporate payroll department
  • Prepare Accounts Payables paperwork for proper approvals and submission to the corporate office in a timely manner.
  • Perform accessories and hardware cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • Make proper inventory adjustments to capture material usage and scrap.
  • Receive into the computer system coils and accessories shipments.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies.
  • Complete production work orders to advance status for shipment.
  • Ship confirm and invoice all orders that have been shipped to customers.
  • Process slit coil work orders and create manual production records.

Experience/Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Have the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and be a positive team player
  • Able to work on an individual basis with little direct supervision
